Working with Indiana University’s Science Fest, during the early days of the COVID 19 pandemic my lab and I created a host of online activities to help educate K-12 students about our research. My activity was a Choose Your Own Adventure game in which kids can play as different mice and choose what vocal signals they want to send to other mice. They can then see how different signals alters the trajectory of interactions, and how mouse behavior changes with the choices they make. Different outcomes from the game correspond to different coloring pages about mouse communication.
